At every level — from high school to the NFL — we help athletes build a future that lasts longer than the scoreboard.
For high school athletes and their families, we offer hands-on mentorship and consulting to leverage social media, MaxPreps, and modern recruiting tools to gain exposure to major NCAA D1, D2, and D3 programs. Teaching parents and student-athletes how to market themselves the right way, using proven recruiting methods and AI-powered tools that today’s coaches, recruiters, and media platforms respond to.
For current college athletes, we focus on how to scale your Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) to generate sponsorships, income, and real brand value while you’re still playing. Providing athletes with cutting-edge AI tools, branding templates, and pitch strategies to build a digital presence that can attract both local businesses and national brands — starting now.
For college seniors and recently graduated athletes, we offer full-scale career readiness support — including résumé building, LinkedIn optimization, and cover letter creation — along with distribution to top job boards like Indeed.com, Monster.com, and Job.com. Backed by 10 years of Big Tech corporate recruiting experience, our goal is to plug athletes directly into a rare and powerful network of hiring managers, recruiters, and athlete-focused job programs. These 90-minute 1-on-1 sessions are aimed to get you noticed, hired, and positioned for long-term success.
For former NFL and professional athletes, we bring something few others can: a deep, personal network of pro athletes placed in top technology and Fortune 500 companies. Through proven recruiting strategies and athlete-specific branding approach, we help athletes break into major corporate careers — many for the first time in their lives — while reclaiming their purpose and stability after football.
This isn’t just business for me — it’s personal. I’m a man of faith, a husband, and a proud father of two boys: Luke (6) and Reed (4). Our son Luke, who lives with nonverbal autism, is the driving force behind everything I do. His strength, joy, and light gave birth to The Legendary Luke Foundation, and now 10% of all proceeds from Faith Football Academy will go directly toward supporting autism inclusion initiatives.
I believe God gave me this mission — to help athletes not only deal with the mental, emotional, and career challenges of life after sports, but to walk alongside them with the tools, mentorship, and connections they need to build for the future.
